John Mann
John Mann joins the Office of International Affairs as Director of International Admissions
The Office of International Affairs at IUPUI is pleased to announce that John Mann joined the office on July 1 as Director of International Admissions. Mann comes to IUPUI from Ball State University, where he most recently served as Director of International Admissions within Ball State’s Enrollment Planning and Management Division.
His experience in international education includes international student recruitment and admissions, international student and scholar services, international sponsored projects, and English as a second language teaching and administration. Mann studied abroad in Slovenia and Croatia and served as an English instructor at the University of Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has held a variety of international education positions in in the U.S., including roles at ELS Language Centers, South Dakota State University, and Ball State University.
Mann received a master’s degree in Russian, Eastern European, and Eurasian Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Southern Indiana.
