Convenient housing for students, here on IUPUI’s campus
Your most convenient IUPUI housing option is to live on campus. You will be close to your classes and IUPUI activities, you can pay for your housing in the same way you pay your tuition and other fees, and you will form lasting friendships with other students.
Choose among Many Options, and Apply Early
On-campus housing at IUPUI is limited and fills up quickly. You should apply for housing as soon as possible after you are admitted to IUPUI. If you submit your housing application and fee by March 15, you are guaranteed on-campus housing for the fall term. Learn more about this guarantee and general housing information »
IUPUI housing ranges from single rooms to four-bedroom apartments. All residence communities include furniture, high-speed Internet, academic support, and more. You can also request to live in a Residential Based Learning Community (such as the International House) with other students who share your interests.Find and apply for on-campus housing

After You Apply
After you submit your housing application, there will be a waiting period before you hear whether you have been assigned housing.
If you receive a campus housing assignment, you must sign and return a contract to hold your space. If you do not receive an assignment, you may be placed on the waitlist, which means that you may receive housing if other students decline their offers.
If you arrive before move-in day, or at a time when you can’t move in (such as a weekend), you will need to stay at a hotel. There are some hotels that have special rates for IUPUI visitors.
