Gabriela Ocampo Serrano
Name: Gabriela Ocampo Serrano
Preferred Name: Gaby
Languages: Spanish and English
Major: Global and International Studies with minors in Legal Studies and Political Science
Hobbies: walking through downtown, going to events, finding cool places to eat
Bio: I moved to Indianapolis directly from Bogota, Colombia when I was 18 years old. Bogota is my home, all my family (except my dad) and childhood friends live there. I chose IUPUI because of its proximity to the downtown area; Bogota is a huge chaotic city so I am definitely used to city life! My ultimate goal (school-related) is to become an international human rights lawyer and maybe work with the United Nations :). Also, I am the Vice-President of the Model of United Nations Club!
Favorite Spot on Campus: I have to read a lot, so the library inside the Robert H. McKinney School of Law is definitely my spot.
Best Place to eat in Indy: 45 Degrees on mass ave (Sundays are 50% off sushi rolls!)
