Why did I become a mentor: I want to help make adjusting to U.S university life not only easier, but more enjoyable for new international students.

Biography: I was born and raised up in Indiana for most of my life. After graduating high school, I traveled around America with a faith-based service program for several years and had the opportunity to do service work in Panama and the Philippines. I still love traveling and will often go on road-trips to different cities in the U.S. Currently, I am studying at IUPUI, hoping to become a nurse in the future.

Favorite spot on campus: In the summer, I love the outdoor fountain behind the library.

Favorite thing about IUPUI: It's in the middle of downtown so there's access to a lot of resources. Also, it's an short distance from my own home.
