Why did you become a mentor? I became a mentor because as an international student I received so much help from my mentors last year. This year I want to help other international students to overcome the particular situations that one can live as a new student in a different country. I feel committed to give my best and to make this time in college an incredible experience for my mentees. I want to guide each of them step by step so that their transition to this new stage is as smooth as possible.

Bio: I am 22 years old. I was born in Bogotá, Colombia. I have lived there all my life with my parents and my younger sister. I studied Dentistry in a University in Colombia. I came to the United States when I was 19 years old. I have lived in three different states: Virginia, Pennsylvania and Indiana. I like to travel and visit new places.
