Campus Housing
Campus housing is limited and fills early, so be sure to submit your housing application as early as possible. The application fee is $50. Confirmation of housing assignments comes from Campus Housing, generally as a contract to be signed and returned to hold the space. Contact the Housing Office directly at reshalls@iupui.edu to check the status of your on-campus housing.
IUPUI International House
International House is a cross-cultural living/learning community for single international and U.S. students, undergraduate and graduate.
Ball Residence Hall
Ball Residence offers the “Live Your Freshman Experience” (LYFE): program in a traditional dormitory setting. Single, double, and triple rooms are available. Limited to first-year or transfer students under age 21.
Campus Apartments
Individual leases in new, one-, two-, or four-bedroom furnished apartments. A Graduate/Professional Community is available.
